Terms of service

Last updated 28 August 2026

These terms cover the use of Harbor, the internal time tracking and resource planning tool provided by 14 Islands AB (org. nr 556873-2787), Stockholm, Sweden.

Who may use Harbor

Harbor is for employees of 14 Islands AB and contractors engaged by us. It is not offered to the public and there is no sign-up: an administrator creates your account, and only an invited address can sign in. Using Harbor means accepting these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account and it is yours alone — do not share it or let someone else use it. Tell us at hello@14islands.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Using it properly

Record your time honestly and keep it up to date; the records are used to cost projects and to invoice clients. Do not put personal or sensitive information in notes and descriptions, do not use Harbor for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to reach data the app does not show you.

The data you enter

Time records, project data and everything else entered into Harbor belongs to 14 Islands AB and to its clients where a contract says so. Harbor and its source code are ours. The personal data we hold about you is covered by the privacy policy.

Availability

Harbor is provided as it is, for internal use. We do not guarantee that it will be available at any particular time, and we may change it, interrupt it or take it offline without notice. As far as the law allows, 14 Islands AB is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.

Ending access

Your access ends when your employment or engagement ends, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time. Records you entered stay in Harbor for as long as the privacy policy describes.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. They are governed by Swedish law, and disputes go to the Swedish courts.
